AUTOMATION OF PAPERBASED FORMS
Project of Dialog Axiata PLC
The automation of several paper based feedback forms at the Group Key Client Services Division of Dialog Axiata PLC was initiated by me. After noticing that many customer service agents spend most of their time manually filling up paper based documents with customer feedback, I suggested the automation of the process.
The project was a success as time was saved in the duration taken to fill up customer feedback, securely store said information as well as retrieve the information for data analysis.
The project was launched using internal resources and servers due to strict regulations on customer data privacy.
SharePoint 2013 was used as the platform for data collection.
Over 20 forms were created for data collection.
